I like to look for the gold in people. It is my passion to uncover solutions together that my clients already carry within themselves. I have always understood my fields of activity as a teacher, pastor and musician as life missions – with the individual and their potential at the center.
My life path led me through a wide variety of professional and personal phases – towards my certified training as a coach. My diverse experiences have sharpened my perspective on career, relationships, family, role behavior and the respective areas of responsibility.
Crises I have lived through and overcome help me today to master life's challenges more quickly. I offer you effective counseling at eye level.
Creative and Human
For twenty years I worked as a teacher for music, Protestant religious education and IT. From the very beginning of my professional career, I developed creative learning scenarios. I was already working digitally when digitalization was not yet on the agenda. This innovative approach also shapes my consulting work today.
My creative training as a musician (Folkwang University) and work as an entertainer also enables me to inspire people in different professional fields and think creatively – always open to new things.

I have a sense for sustainable results. My strength is to initiate processes together with my clients that create clarity and lead to viable solutions. My coaching approach is solution-oriented and long-term. I work at eye level – and ensure a trustful framework.
