How discreet is the Zoom offering really?
The Zoom offering is absolutely discreet. You first enter a waiting area. Nobody can see that you are online. Even when I admit you to the session, we are in private. No third party can see you online at any time.
Do I have to turn on my camera?
The camera is not mandatory but desired to be able to meet the client.
How does the waiting area work?
When you open the Zoom link, you automatically enter a waiting area (Waiting Room). There nobody can see or hear you. The waiting area is a private, protected space.
How long does a session last?
Sessions take place by appointment. A session lasts approximately 90 minutes.
What topics can I address?
You can address all professional and personal topics: stress with the boss, fatherhood, career questions, workplace conflicts, work-life balance, burnout prevention, and much more. The sessions are open to all concerns.
Do I need special technical requirements?
You only need a device with internet connection and camera (computer, tablet, or smartphone) and ideally a microphone or headset. You can download the Zoom app for free. With a computer, you can also join directly through your browser.
Does confidentiality apply in online sessions?
Yes, of course. Everything you confide to me remains strictly confidential and will not be shared externally.
